Allan is the founder of J. Allan Reynolds. He is primarily responsible for the financial management of the company. Allan worked at Michigan Bell for 11 years before leaving the company to initiate and oversee various business ventures.

Allan Pfitzenmaier is the founder, President and CEO of Vectech Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Masters in Business Administration.  He has twenty-nine years of experience in the regulated medical products industry and specializes in guiding clients in performing due diligence activities related to the purchase of manufacturing facilities.  In addition, Mr. Pfitzenmaier oversees feasibility studies and provides consultation on the optimization of production capacity, including supply chain optimization. He has extensive experience in cleanroom design and construction as well as in the validation of critical systems, including computer systems.

Mr. Pfitzenmaier serves as the Co-Chair of the North American Education Committee for ISPE, active participant in the GAMP Manufacturing Execution Systems Special Interest Group, and is a regular course lecturer for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industries.  His courses cover process and computer systems validation and are presented in conjunction with industry-leading groups such as the Center for Professional Advancement and the Institute for Applied Technology.  He recently participated in presenting a series of seminars on the new Aseptic Processing Guide and has published a chapter entitled “Validation of Laboratory Information Management Systems” in Laboratory Validation, A Practitioner’s Guide as well as a chapter on “Unidirectional Airflow Devices” in Environmental Monitoring, A Comprehensive Handbook, Vol.1.

In addition to his other responsibilities, Mr. Pfitzenmaier is the founder and president of Enterprise Software Solutions, Inc. which provides unique software for both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. He is also a founder of The Rapid Micro Users Group™ (RMUG®).
